URIL has very high capacity machines for extrusion with hot feed, cold feed and barwell (ram type) extruders to preform in literally any form, shape and size including expertise to preform for high precision, tight tolerance engineered rubber products.

TOOLING

URIL's existing vast library of moulds for various sizes and a variety of seals caters to almost every kind of pipe & size. In addition, we possess the necessary skills/tooling expertise, machinery and ancillary equipment to rapidly develop and deploy tools to meet customer requirements.  

FINISHING

High capacity Cryogenic tumbling machines and multiple trimming stations ensure that the final product is free from unwanted flash and maintains superior appearance.
